Thank you Electric Dragon Cycles for my electric bike. Having it has enabled me to cycle again.

As an old guy on crutches, I've really missed my beloved Dash, stored in my Motor-caravan while it's waiting for spares and repair. The brakes on the Dash are excellent, the gears are smooth and the combination of thumb throttle and peddle power is fun to negotiate when hacking around. I find it comfortable to ride, with good suspension. but do have to put the comfortable saddle about a centimetre over the recognised maximum height, which is perfectly safe. I carry the bike around in my Motor-home, and Jeff's going to fit some aerobars to help me sit back when pedalling, which I can only do to a very limited extent given my disability. The bike is solid and well built and does not vibrate or rattle on the road or on rough terrain. (I found that a tiny thin washer placed as a spacer eliminated a very small vibration in the steering head at the point where the handle bars fold. I charge the battery everyday, and have taken nothing out of it at all riding around locally over the small distances I can manage. It obviously has a much larger range than I need. The only real issue I have had is the wiring on the electric front light which snaps repeatedly. I've ended up using a reasonably priced front light on the handlebars with a rechargeable battery, which is less hassle. Maybe you might consider a Brompton, if you can afford an arm and a leg, but the Dash is affordable for me, good value, and a very good bike.
